Website hosting
This website is provided through OpenAI Sites. The hosting service processes technical connection information, including IP address, time, browser information and the requested page, to deliver and protect the website and diagnose errors. Email enquiries
The enquiry tool does not transmit your entries to a form server. At your request, it prepares a draft in your own email application. Partbeam receives the information only when you send that email. Depending on your enquiry, processing is based on steps prior to a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Email services
We use Zoho Mail through its EU service to receive, store and send email. Zoho processes sender and recipient addresses, message content and attachments. Please do not include confidential technical files in an initial enquiry. We agree the handling of those files with you first.
Retention and international services
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond, maintain a resulting business relationship or meet statutory retention requirements. The international services used may also process data outside the EU or EEA. Each provider’s privacy information describes its processing locations and transfer arrangements.
Content and analytics
Partbeam’s page code does not embed advertising or analytics services. Fonts and images are delivered with the website. The calculator processes values only in your browser. Your entries are not automatically sent to an AI service.
Your rights
